Bid4aCure is an effort by a group of concerned residents of the popular
online virtual world of
Second Life to raise both diabetes awareness
and contributions for the real-world organizations: The
American Diabetes Association and
DiabetesUK.
Bid4aCure's 2011 drive was an amazing success thanks to the generosity
of so many Second Life residents! As you can see, we raised
over one million Lindens! Our deepest gratitude goes out to all of you for your enthusiastic
support of this important effort and cause!
